Grandpa’s Arcade, LLC

Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk

By renting the Grandpa’s Arcade and/or Grandma’s Break Room, You (Customer)hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions while participating in the rental of arcade and break room equipment and use of the arcade and break room premises:

1. Assumption of Risk:

   • Customer understand that participating in arcade games involves inherent risks, including physical injury, property damage, and other potential hazards.
   • Customer voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the arcade and break room equipment and facilities.

2. Responsibility for Personal Property:

   • Customer is responsible for any personal belongings while on the premises.
   • Grandpa’s Arcade, LLC is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

3. Damage to Arcade Equipment:

   • Customer agrees to use the arcade equipment responsibly and follow all guidelines provided by Grandpa’s Arcade, LLC.
   • Customer will promptly report any damage or malfunction of equipment to the staff.
   • Customer understands that Customer may be held financially responsible for any damage caused during Customer’s rental period.

4. Release and Waiver of Claims:

   • Customer hereby releases Grandpa’s Arcade, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during Customer’s rental.
   • Customer hereby waives any claims against Grandpa’s Arcade, LLC arising from Customer’s participation in arcade activities.

5. Photography and Videography:

   • Customer grants permission for Grandpa’s Arcade, LLC to capture photos or videos of Customer during Customer’s visit.
   • These images may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

6. Minors:

   • If Customer is renting equipment for a minor, Customer confirms that Customer is the legal guardian and accept responsibility for minor’s safety and adherence to the rules.

7. Security Cameras:

   • Customer acknowledges that security cameras are in operation on the premises.
   • Grandpa’s Arcade, LLC, uses these cameras for safety and security purposes.
