Deposit and Payment
Refundable Deposit: A damage/cleaning deposit must be paid upfront with the reservation.

Duration
Time Limit: The arcade and breakroom usage is limited to the specific rented times.
Setup and Cleanup: If additional time is needed for setup and cleanup, please account for it when making your rental reservation.
Responsibilities
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any damage to the arcade room, breakroom, or any machines during the rental period. Customer agrees to assume financial responsibility for any damages incurred during Customer’s rental period. This includes repair costs, replacement fees, lost revenues, and any necessary maintenance. We recommend that Customers exercise care while using our equipment to avoid any accidental damage. Additionally, the refundable damage deposit will be withheld in the event of any damage to the equipment or premise. Please note that security cameras are in place to monitor the premises for everyone’s safety.
Damage/Cleaning Deposit: We will withhold the damage/cleaning deposit if any arcade games are damaged or if the space requires cleaning.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: No cancellations or refunds.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, we allow changes up to 30 days before the original scheduled date.
Safety and Conduct
Common Courtesy: Please use common courtesy—no fighting, harassing, kicking, or hitting.
Food and Drinks: No food or drinks are allowed in the arcade.
No Smoking or Alcohol: Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not permitted on the premises.
Security Cameras: Be aware that security cameras operate at all times.

Damage/Cleaning Deposit Refund
Inspection and Refund: Premises and equipment will be inspected after checkout time. The damage/cleaning deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the event via mailed check if all equipment and rooms are returned to satisfactory condition.
